So I made some more tiles the other day. They’re not coasters yet, but if I glued some cork to the bottom they could be. Of course you could add these to your kitchen or bathroom tile for a bit of je ne sais quoi. These are not from classic or well known children’s literature. Instead I made these books from the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. You’d think these books would have some value. But we couldn’t unload them for 10 cents a piece at our garage sale. So I cut them up and glued them to tile. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
As always, you may purchase any of these sets that you’d like. Not many have so far, but the option is there. And if you like some of these and want more than four from the same book, that can probably be arranged. Maybe I need an Esty presence to not sell these tiles from.
This one is from a book about a homeless dog that’s always begging for meat from the butcher. That’s him and the butcher in the pictures.
This one is about two anonymous kids (I think the author couldn’t draw faces) who are looking for their kitten. Awwwwwww.
These come from a Red Ryder novel.
And these are from a book about various Native American tribes. (The tiles aren’t this blurry, just the photo.)
